Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Lusion platform, including our website at lusion.app and any associated APIs or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Lusion provides a cloud-based WebAR platform that enables users to upload, manage, and deploy 3D models as augmented reality experiences accessible via web browsers. Features include model hosting, QR code generation, analytics, and an embeddable AR viewer.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

You retain ownership of any 3D models, images, or content you upload to the Service (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant Lusion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload and share the User Content.
• The User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The User Content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to harm users or systems.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or automated access to the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose.

All platform technology, trademarks, logos, and software underlying the Lusion Service are the exclusive property of Lusion Technologies, Inc. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Lusion's name, logo, or branding without express written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Free tier users may use the Service subject to usage limits described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LUSION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUSION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your User Content 30 days after termination unless you request earlier deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
