• Account information: name, email address, and optional profile details. Firebase Authentication handles passwords and sign-in credentials.
• Content: 3D model files, images, and metadata you upload to the platform. Published models, thumbnails, and details are publicly accessible to people with their links.
• Usage data: recorded model opens and platform information.
• Device information: browser and operating system information. Hosting providers may process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Lusion platform.
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• Send transactional emails such as password resets.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve performance and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: third-party vendors who help us operate the platform, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, file storage and automatic model conversion, and Vercel for hosting.
• Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Lusion and its users.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and support account features. Recorded model opens power the dashboard’s model analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly without them.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting lusion@lusion.app. You can delete models and your account from the dashboard. Contact us if you need help with a deletion request. Copies downloaded by other people are outside our control.

We use encrypted connections (TLS), Firebase Authentication, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Lusion is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
• Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
